Coffee Enema Robot

A background robot in Futurama's sprawling world of single-purpose machines, built for exactly one absurd task and introduced doing it without comment. It shows up, performs its function, and vanishes back into the crowd of Bender's fellow bots, never treated as anything more than a passing sight gag.

The joke is entirely in the premise: a robot this specific existing at all, voiced with the same flat, matter-of-fact delivery David Herman gives Futurama's other mechanical bit players. It never asks to be taken seriously, which is exactly why it lands — the show's world feels bigger for having room for something this unnecessary.
