Character
Clancy Wiggum (Old Timey)
Clancy Wiggum (Old Timey) in The Simpsons (1989), played by Hank Azaria.
Chief Clancy Wiggum is the head of the Springfield Police Department. He is an extreme stereotype of a lazy police officer. Chief Wiggum is obese, ignorant and lazy, with a fondness for donuts and guns. While he pretentiously feigns authority, he has little regard for individual rights or even public safety. He is uninformed and continuously flaunts his power, albeit with good intentions most of the time.
