Chris Feistl

Chris Feistl is a DEA agent freshly assigned to Colombia, arriving with the confidence of someone who thinks bringing down Escobar was the hard part. Eager and by-the-book, he's paired with a more seasoned partner and quickly discovers that the Cali Cartel operates by different, subtler rules than the enemy he expected.

Michael Stahl-David plays him as competence without cynicism yet, which gives the show somewhere to go. The writing uses his idealism as a measuring stick against Cali's polished, businesslike menace, and his friction with veteran colleagues supplies the season's procedural texture without ever feeling like exposition.
