Charles "Lucky" Luciano

Charles Luciano is a young gangster running with Arnold Rothstein's circle, ambitious and impatient with the older men's caution. He is smart, hungry, and aware that Prohibition has opened a door he intends to walk through, even as he takes orders and bides his time under bosses who underestimate him.

Vincent Piazza plays him with a coiled, watchful energy — someone doing the math on every room he's in. The writing lets you see the future kingpin before he sees himself that way, all appetite and calculation barely concealed under deference, which makes his slow rise feel inevitable rather than sudden.
