Chain Sumeragi

Chain Sumeragi (チェイン・皇・すめらぎ, Chein Sumeragi), is an Invisible Werewolf and a member of the Werewolf Bureau that was assigned to Libra. She does a large amount of Libra's reconnaissance work. Her power is erasing her presence, which needs a link to connect her to the world in order to counter the effect of her ability or she will cease to exist.
