Cerie

Cerie works as Jack Donaghy's assistant at TGS, though 'works' is generous — she spends most of her time on her phone, in impossible shoes, floating through the office as if it were a beach. She's young, unbothered by hierarchy, and treats the show's chaos with total serenity, offering deadpan observations that suggest she knows more than she lets on.

The joke could just be 'ditzy young hot girl,' but the writing keeps undercutting it — Cerie is frequently the sharpest, calmest person in the room, casually competent when it matters and indifferent the rest of the time. Bowden plays her with a flat, unbothered cool that makes her a running commentary on everyone else's frenzy.
