Centaurette

A centaur woman from one of the strange alien worlds the Planet Express crew stumbles into, Centaurette carries herself with the stately, faintly ridiculous grace Futurama loves to give its sci-fi archetypes. She's proud of her culture, unbothered by how odd she looks to outsiders, and treats the humans visiting her world as the curious ones.

She's a one-episode joke elevated by Tress MacNeille's commitment to playing the absurd completely straight — a noble, dignified alien who never once acknowledges she's half-horse. That deadpan sincerity is the whole gag, and it's the same trick that makes Futurama's throwaway worlds feel lived-in rather than disposable.
