Carlo Gervasi

Carlo Gervasi is one of Tony Soprano's soldiers, a capo-tier earner who works alongside the crew's more famous names without ever grabbing the spotlight. He's steady, businesslike, and reliably present at meetings and card games, the kind of guy who does what's asked and doesn't cause trouble.

Nascarella plays Carlo as pure functional presence — gravel-voiced, unshowy, exactly the sort of mid-level guy every crime organization actually runs on. The show doesn't need to explain him; his solidity is the joke and the point. He works because he never asks to be noticed, which paradoxically makes him one of the more believable wiseguys on screen.
