Camino Del Rio

Camino Del Rio arrives in the Ozarks as the cartel boss Marty Byrde now answers to, a client whose money Marty must launder and whose moods can turn on a word. He's charming over dinner and merciless in business, treating threats and pleasantries as the same currency.

Esai Morales plays him with a slow, theatrical menace — all warmth and hospitality until the temperature drops without warning. The writing uses him to show Marty a boss far less patient than the one before, and Morales makes every scene feel like it could end in a handshake or a body.
