Glimpsed only briefly, this alien staffs a phone bank in one of the show's countless throwaway sci-fi bureaucracies, reading scripted lines with the flat, put-upon weariness of anyone stuck fielding complaints. He wants the call to end. He is not given a name, a home planet, or a reason to matter beyond the joke of the scene.

Justin Roiland's gift for background voices is on full display here: a nothing role rendered instantly recognizable through pitch, cadence, and the tiny exhausted inflections that make even a one-line alien feel like he's had a very long day. It's a small proof that the show's universe keeps generating personality even where the plot doesn't need it to.
