Bryce Wilson is Roland Schitt's long-suffering employee, quietly present in the background of Roland's various business ventures around town. He is polite, mild, and endlessly tolerant of his boss's chaotic whims, rarely pushing back even when asked to do something faintly absurd.

He is the show's model of small-town patience, a straight man absorbing Roland's nonsense without complaint. Husein Madhavji plays him with a flat, unbothered calm that makes every scene funnier by contrast, letting the town's bigger personalities bounce off his steady, unimpressed decency.
