Bronson Twist

Bronson is the youngest of the Twist children, newly settled with his family in the old lighthouse that comes with their strange new life by the sea. Cheeky, curious and quick to poke at whatever mystery the town throws up, he treats the impossible as just another Tuesday, diving into trouble before thinking twice.

Mathew Waters plays him with an unbothered, matter-of-fact delight that suits a show built on gross-out gags and small-town folklore turning literally magical. Bronson never treats the weirdness as weird, which is exactly the deadpan the material needs, and it's what makes the strangeness around him funny rather than frightening.
