Breakdancing Fan barely qualifies as a character at all — a quick sight gag tucked into the crowded background of New New York, the kind of one-off bit part Futurama tosses off between plot beats. She appears, does her enthusiastic thing, and vanishes, never given a name that sticks or a reason to return.

The joke isn't the character so much as the density of Futurama's world-building: even a nameless extra gets a specific, silly identity for one frame. Tress MacNeille, doing yet another voice among the dozens she supplies the show, sells the bit fully committed rather than throwaway, which is exactly why these blink-and-you-miss-it gags reward rewatching.
