Blind Joe

Blind Joe lives among the mutants beneath New New York's streets, a world the surface dwellers pretend doesn't exist. He's wary but not hostile, sizing up outsiders who stumble into mutant territory with the weary patience of someone who has seen this before. He doesn't ask for pity and doesn't offer trust easily.

He's a small piece of Futurama's running joke that the future still has an underclass nobody wants to look at, and Phil LaMarr gives him just enough dry, unhurried gravity that the joke lands without turning cruel. A blink of a character, but the show trusts him to carry real weight in a few lines.
