Billy Kimber

Billy Kimber runs the racecourses of southern England and treats the whole business like a kingdom he built with his fists. When the Peaky Blinders come looking for a bigger share, he sizes Tommy Shelby up as provincial muscle overreaching itself, all swagger and casual menace dressed as generosity.

Creed-Miles plays him as old power meeting new ambition, charm curdling into threat within a single sentence. He's genial right up until he isn't, and that unpredictability makes every scene with Tommy a held breath. The character works because he never doubts his own supremacy, which is exactly what makes his fall so satisfying to watch build.
