Bidder #2 is exactly what the name promises: a nameless face in a crowd of buyers, raising a paddle at whatever oddity is being sold off in a given episode. He wants the item, whatever it is, and says little beyond the numbers needed to get it.

Futurama's throwaway roles are half the joke, and David Herman gives this one just enough clipped enthusiasm to feel like a real person briefly glimpsed rather than a placeholder. The gag isn't the character himself but the show's commitment to populating even a single auction scene with someone who sounds alive.
