Bidder #1 is exactly what the credit suggests: a nameless voice in a crowd at some auction, raising a paddle, driving up a price, existing for the length of a joke before vanishing. There is no arc here, only a function — competition, comic timing, a body in the room.

The pleasure is entirely Maurice LaMarche, whose voice work elsewhere in the show ranges from booming villains to nebbish sidekicks. Even in a throwaway role like this, that range is the joke — you're hearing a virtuoso spend himself lavishly on a single bark of a line.
