Betsy drifts through the margins of New New York as one of the many one-off voices Maurice LaMarche folds into Futurama's crowded universe. She appears briefly, says her piece, and moves on — a small, functional presence rather than a figure the show lingers on or builds a story around.

The pleasure here is less about Betsy herself than about LaMarche's range: a performer capable of Kif's sighs and Morbo's bellow also tosses off a minor character like this without strain. It's a reminder that Futurama's background hums with the same care as its leads.
