Bending Robot #1 is one of the anonymous mechanical extras who populate the margins of New New York, glimpsed for a scene or two doing whatever menial or absurd task the plot requires. There's no arc here, no name beyond the credit — just a quick bit of robotic business before the story moves on.

The joke of Futurama has always been that its universe is stuffed with robots who exist purely for a single throwaway gag, and Billy West's gift for tossing off a distinct voice even on a nothing part is exactly what makes those blink-and-miss-it background moments land. It's a small pleasure built entirely on craft, not screen time.
