Ben Scott

Ben Scott is the Yellowjackets' assistant soccer coach, thrown into leadership he never trained for when the team's plane goes down in the wilderness. He tries to keep discipline and hope alive among a group of teenage girls who don't fully trust him, projecting competence he doesn't always feel.

Steven Krueger plays Ben as decency under siege — a man clinging to rules and rituals because the alternative is unthinkable, his composure fraying by degrees. The show uses him to ask what civilization is worth when it stops keeping anyone alive, and Krueger makes that erosion feel achingly human rather than symbolic.
