Bella is one of the many faces that drift through the background of New New York, a small voice in a big crowd rather than a lead player. She turns up for a scene or two, says her piece, and moves on, part of the show's constant hum of passersby, aliens, and eccentrics.
What makes Bella worth noticing is Tress MacNeille's sheer range elsewhere in the cast — she can drop into a one-off character like this and give it a distinct, lived-in voice instantly, no matter how brief the appearance. It's a reminder of how much texture Futurama's world gets from performers who never take the spotlight but always earn it.
Bella is the youngest daughter of the Donbot and Fanny who first appears at her sister's wedding, she later has an affair with Bender and has sex with him in the Donbot's Sea Horse stables where they both witness Calculon being attacked by Francis X. Clampazzo ("Clamps"). She warned Bender about the Donbot hating witnesses, people who mess around with his daughters, and people who steal their meatball recipe.
