Baby Legs

Baby Legs turns up as one of the show's interdimensional-cable gags: an infant's head fused improbably to a grown man's legs, styled and voiced like a hardboiled cop from a gritty procedural. He struts through his scene with total conviction, playing the part completely straight while everything about him is absurd.

The joke is the commitment. Roiland plays the gravel-voiced tough-guy dialogue with zero wink to the audience, which is funnier than any punchline could be, and the visual gag of baby-plus-detective-legs needs nothing else added to land. It's a tiny piece of world-building proof that this universe's television is even stranger than ours.
