Attendant Heert

Heert is an Imperial Security Bureau officer, one of the sharp-suited functionaries in Dedra Meero's orbit who pore over reports and cross-reference incidents across the galaxy. He speaks in careful, procedural language, ambitious and watchful, always alert to how information might be used to climb rather than simply to protect.

Andor is a show about bureaucracy as much as rebellion, and Heert is where that idea lives in miniature — a company man whose menace is entirely administrative. Beswick plays him with a clipped, unshowy precision that makes the ISB's meeting-room scenes feel as tense as any chase, proof that paperwork can be terrifying.
