Art Judge

Art Judge slips into Futurama's crowded universe as one of the show's many background faces — a minor figure glimpsed doing a job, cracking wise, or filling out a scene in New New York's sprawling cast of oddballs. He exists on the edges, present rather than pursued, part of the texture of the world rather than its center.

David Herman, already doing heavy lifting elsewhere in the show's ensemble, brings the same dry, unbothered delivery to Art Judge that makes Futurama's throwaway characters feel lived-in rather than filler. It's a small role, but the voice work gives it a specific, grounded presence amid the show's absurdity.
