Armando Mendoza Sáenz

Armando is the golden boy of Ecomoda, a handsome executive groomed to inherit the fashion house his family built. He glides through boardrooms and beauty queens alike, charming and a little vain, more interested in appearances than substance — including, at first, his brilliant but unglamorous new assistant, Betty.

Jorge Enrique Abello plays the pretty face without letting him be empty: the vanity is real but so is the panic underneath it, a man coasting on looks and a family name he isn't sure he's earned. That tension between surface polish and quiet insecurity is what makes his slow reckoning with Betty's worth so believable rather than convenient.
