Arata Nitta

Arata Nitta is a first-year student at Kyoto Jujutsu High, introduced as an earnest, unremarkable-seeming sorcerer among more flamboyant classmates. He's kind by instinct rather than ambition, drawn to the quieter, more isolated people around him, and eager to prove himself useful on missions despite lacking obvious star power.

His ordinariness is the point: in a series built on prodigies and monsters, Nitta is written as someone recognizably decent, the kind of student who notices a lonely classmate and simply tries to be a friend. Ryôta Asari plays him with an unforced gentleness that makes his small kindnesses land with real weight.
