Aquanaut Thunderbird 4 Gordon Tracy

Gordon Tracy is the fourth of Jeff Tracy's sons and the joker of the family, piloting Thunderbird 4 whenever a rescue needs going underwater. Red-headed and restless on dry land, he itches for action, trades quips before danger, and treats his submarine craft like the fastest toy in the pool.

He's the puncture in International Rescue's solemnity — a Supermarionation hero who'd rather crack a joke than deliver a speech. David Graham (also the voice of Parker and Brains) gives him a cheeky, boyish lilt that keeps the show's earnestness buoyant, and Thunderbird 4's tight, claustrophobic missions give the puppet a genuine sense of pressure and daring.
