Antarian #2 is exactly what the numeral suggests: one voice among a small alien delegation glimpsed in passing, a background figure from a distant world who exists mostly to fill out a crowd of extraterrestrials with a line or two of dialogue and a distinct, if brief, personality of his own.

Futurama's genius was never wasting a single line, and John DiMaggio's gift for instant, fully-formed alien voices means even a nameless numbered extra lands a joke with real comic shape. It's a small pleasure specific to this show — the universe feels populated because even its footnotes sound like someone.
