Angus #5 turns up as exactly what the number suggests: one unit in a set of identical characters populating the edges of a Futurama episode, doing a job or filling a scene rather than driving the plot. He talks, reacts, and vanishes with the brisk indifference the show reserves for its background world.

The joke is baked into the name before he says a word — a whole person reduced to a serial number, which is very much the show's comic worldview. Phil LaMarr, already juggling several Futurama voices, gives him just enough personality to land a line and disappear, which is the point.
