Andrew Jackson's Head is exactly what the name promises: the seventh President of the United States, preserved as a talking head in a jar centuries after his body has gone, one of countless historical figures kept alive in this condition in Futurama's twisted 31st-century New New York. He turns up as a background flourish, dryly present rather than pursuing anything of his own.

The joke is the premise itself — that immortality in this universe means a bodiless jar and a museum-exhibit existence, no matter how important you once were. David Herman's flat, matter-of-fact line readings sell the absurdity without straining for it, and the gag lands precisely because nobody on screen treats a disembodied president as remarkable at all.
