Alien Leader

Lrrr rules Omicron Persei 8 with the booming self-importance of a tinpot despot who thinks himself a titan. He conquers, threatens, and postures on a whim, treating Earth's television broadcasts as personal insults worth invading over. His wife Ndnd is unimpressed by all of it, which somehow only makes him louder.

Maurice LaMarche gives him the cadence of a Shatner-esque overactor, all dramatic pauses and cosmic gravity spent on things that don't deserve it — a cancelled sitcom, a marital spat. The joke is that ultimate power hasn't made him interesting, just insufferable, and LaMarche plays that gap for everything it's worth.
