Alexandra

Alexandra travels with the Traveling Symphony, the roving band of actors and musicians who perform Shakespeare across a world remade by collapse. Born after the pandemic, she has never known anything else, and she trails Kirsten Raymonde like a shadow, curious, sharp-tongued, eager to prove herself useful to the only family she has.

Philippine Velge plays her without a trace of post-apocalyptic gravity, which is exactly the point: Alexandra treats a ruined world as simply the world, unremarkable because she has nothing to compare it to. That unlearned normalcy, set against the adults around her who remember what was lost, is where the show finds some of its quietest, sharpest edges.
