Albert Einstein

Albert Einstein turns up in Rick and Morty as one of history's great minds dropped into the show's chaotic universe, more punchline than person. He behaves less like the real physicist and more like whatever the joke of the scene requires, a familiar face borrowed for a quick laugh rather than a character with his own arc.

The fun is entirely in the incongruity: a genius icon rendered small and silly by Justin Roiland's voice work, which flattens Einstein's mythic reputation into something goofy and disposable. It's a one-note gag, but the note lands because the show trusts the audience to recognize the name and enjoy watching it deflate.
