Aaron drifts through the estate as Candice's boyfriend, easygoing to the point of near-total inertia, more interested in weed and whatever's on screen than in ambition or urgency. He meets Tracey's chaotic energy with a shrug and a laugh, content to let life happen around him rather than to him.

Kadiff Kirwan plays low-key as an art form, letting Aaron's total lack of urgency become the joke and the comfort of every scene he's in. Against Tracey's frantic overthinking, his stillness is a punchline and a relief, and Kirwan finds real warmth in a character who could easily have just been a punchline.
