3-Bit Farnsworth

A stripped-down variant of the Professor Farnsworth mold, this incarnation carries the same absent-minded, gadget-obsessed energy in miniature form. He fusses over inventions, forgets what he's doing mid-sentence, and treats the people around him as unwitting test subjects for whatever contraption he's tinkering with that week.

Billy West's voice does the heavy lifting here, layering the same crackling, half-senile delight he brings to Farnsworth proper onto a smaller frame. The joke is instant recognition: even reduced to a simpler form, the character's manic scientific enthusiasm and complete disregard for anyone's safety come through undiminished.
